The Young Sky Blues is a club for both girls and boys which gives them the opportunity to train and play football in a fun and informal way during the football season.
They meet at the Market Muir in Forfar every Monday between 6pm and 7pm and children from primary two ages and upwards are welcomed to attend.
The emphasis is on fun, exercise, enjoyment and introducing the children to the beautiful game. Who knows, perhaps we may find a future Loon or two in the ranks. Past members of the Young Sky Blues include one player who made it all the way to the SPL. Young Sky Blues members also get the opportunity to be the team’s mascot on match days at Station Park.
Membership costs £5.00 for the season and further details can be obtained by contacting the two coaches who are Andy Philip on 07704 345420, and Roy Innes on 07946 356173. Both Andy and Roy hold Disclosure Scotland certificates.
