Forfar Athletic are delighted that their quest for a new Club Doctor to replace the long serving Sue Woodroffe who stood down at the end of the season has at last ‘borne fruit.’
Dr. Graham Dunthorne who lives locally and is a GP in Dundee has agreed to take up the post as from the start of the new campaign.
Duncan Sangster who had been the club physio also decided to call it a day at the end of the season and Gary has managed to secure the services of Craig Reynolds who has been of late a member of Dundee United’s backroom staff to fill this void.
Craig will be assisted by Lara Jordan who has helped the club out in the past and more recently was the therapist with Forfar Farmington and last season with Raith Rovers tending the injured players in their Development and Youth squads.
These changes have brought about the departure from the Station Park scene of Donald Ritchie who has been a ‘weel kent’ face at Station Park for many years, assisting a handful of physio’s over that period.
Donald leaves with the thanks of all at Station Park for his time at the club and best wishes for his future both within and out with the game.
