Dumbarton v Forfar Athletic

Following on from a run of four successive home games in league and cup, the ‘Loons’ head to Dumbarton this coming Saturday for what will be their first away fixture since January 6th.

They will come up against a ‘Sons’ side who currently sit fourth in the cinch league2 table following their 1-0 defeat away to runaway league leaders Stenhousemuir on Saturday past.

The Athies though will travel in confident mood having picked up seven points from their last three league fixtures, this despite the fact that Steve Farrell’s side have come out on top in both league fixtures between the sides to date this season, netting seven goals in the process.

Saturday’s fixture has the usual 3p.m. kick-off.
