‘Loons’ in Premier Sports Cup Group E

Forfar Athletic will commence their competitive season in Group E of the Premier Sports Cup following the draw at lunchtime today.

It is the only one of the eight groups without a Premiership side in it with relegated Livingston the top seeds.

There is an attractive tie in prospect against James McPake’s Dunfermline Athletic.

Ray McKinnon’s side will also face Cove Rangers and The Spartans with the opening round of fixtures scheduled for the weekend of 12^th/14^th July.
