Team News – Stranraer – Manager Steve Farrell is likely to stick with the players who staged a magnificent fight back from being two down at Gayfield last Saturday to clinch a 3-2 victory over the ‘Lichties’, Stephen Okoh, Grant Anderson and Scott Agnew their second half marksmen.

Forfar Athletic – The ‘Loons’ are also likely to be along similar lines to last weekend when they recorded a deserved 2-0 win over East Fife, with a performance that though pleasant to watch was also a highly disciplined display over the full ninety minutes.  Latest signing Dean Brotherston got ninety minutes under his belt in the Development team’s friendly on Tuesday evening.

Summary – Stranraer will no doubt be all out to avenge their Station Park drubbing just six weeks back.   However there is no reason why the ‘Loon’s should not reap some reward from their 370 mile round trip ahead of the equally crucial trip to Coatbridge on Saturday week.
