Another New Face at Station Park

Manager Jim Weir has added a seventh newcomer to his player ‘roster’ which seems to be in word in football this summer with the signing of the vastly experienced Scott Robertson.
Dundee born and based, Scott made over a century of first team appearances for both Dundee and Dundee United over a near ten year period from 2003, before spells with Blackpool, Hibernian, Romanian outfit Botosani and Raith Rovers.
He also picked up a couple of Scotland caps in that time.
The thirty-four year-old gave up the playing side of the game at the commencement of last season to take up a full time coaching role at Tannadice.
When that did not work out as he had hoped and anticipated, Scott put his boots back on again to assist Brechin City in the latter part of the 2018/19 season.
The ‘Loons’ manager is convinced that with that level of experience behind him Scott will prove to be a vital member of the Station Park first team squad in the season ahead.
