A reminder to all ‘Loons’ supporters, in fact to all football fans that East Fife are the visitors to Station Park on Saturday first the 7th of September in a re-arranged Ladbrokes League 1 fixture.
The game was postponed on August 17th because of both clubs participation in the second stage of the Betfred Cup and with both the Fifers and the ‘Loons’ knocked out of the Tunnocks Cup at the second round stage, it left this Saturday free to fit in what will be the only SPFL league fixture this coming weekend.
Extra spice has certainly been added to the game with both sides due to enter the fray in the knowledge that they have a chance of sitting in pole position in the table come 4.50p.m.on the day, albeit as we all know it is early days in the campaign.
The Bayview outfit will also arrive at Station Park on the back of impressive 4-1 and 4-2 home victories over Airdrieonians and Raith Rovers.
The match has the usual 3p.m. kick-off.
