Tour de Angus 2022

The Club is delighted to announce the return of our Tour de Angus cycle ride on Sunday 4 September 2022.

This follows on from similar successful events in 2016, 2018 and 2020 around four Angus grounds (Station Park, Glebe Park, Links Park and Gayfield), which enabled the Club to enhance its physio and medical equipment. This time around we are seeking to add funds towards much-needed ground improvements with each cyclist raising funds by sponsorship to complete the event.

You can complete the ride on your own or share the fun with another cyclist. The total distance is 50 miles but there will be time to stop at each ground before undertaking the next leg.

This is not a race or competition; those who completed previous events will confirm that the group goes at a relaxed pace. There are plenty of stops at the other Angus clubs for refreshments, followed by some nibbles and a presentation back in the 1984 Lounge at Station Park on completion of the event.

The event is open to any cyclist so please encourage family or friends to take part, even if they are not a regular at Station Park.
