Forfar Athletic have agreed to a request from Stenhousemuir to bring forward our cinch league2 fixture originally scheduled for Christmas Eve.
The game will now go ahead at Ochilview on Saturday December 10th with a 3p.m. kick-off.
There were no cinch league2 fixtures scheduled for the 10thas it is being utilised for the SPFL Trust Trophy fourth round fixtures.
With both the ‘Warriors’ and the ‘Loons’ out of that particular competition it seemed a sensible idea to utilise it on this occasion for the league game, giving the management and players of both sides a free Christmas weekend.
Forfar Athletic officials can confirm however that our other scheduled league fixture over the festive period, the home cinch league2 game with Elgin City will go ahead as scheduled on the Bank Holiday Monday the 2nd of Januarywith a 3p.m. kick-off at Station Park.
