Forfar Athletic are delighted to announce the signing of defender Lewis Martin on a pre contract from Brechin City.

The 29 year old right sided defender will join the Loons on a two year deal on June 8 when his contract with the Highland League runners up officially expires.

Lewis started his career at Dunfermline, and had a 10 year spell at East End Park, making 169 appearances in the process.

Upon leaving the Pars in 2022, Lewis made 36 appearances for league one Kelty Hearts before signing for the hedgemen in 2023.

Jim and Gavin are delighted to have their first Summer signing over the line at this early stage and everyone at the club looks forward to seeing Lewis pull on the Sky Blue shirt.
