It will be the first clash between the sides since April of 2022, the Fifers being presented with the League2 trophy at the end of that particular fixture after winning the title at the first attempt.
The Athies will go into Saturday’s fixture buoyed by their home win over neighbours Brechin City on Saturday past, Kelty arriving in Angus following a 3-0 defeat in what would have been nevertheless a financially rewarding final group fixture at Pittodrie in the Premier Sports Cup.
Jim Weir will be hoping that one or two of his quartet of his currently injured players will be fit come the weekend, while the quest to bolster the first team squad continues.

David McGregor Stand – Adults £18, concessions (65 & over/16/18year olds) £14, under 16’s £5
Terracing - Adults £16, concessions (as above ) £12, under 16’s £5

Forfar Athletic season tickets are of course valid for this fixture.
Please note;-Non season ticket holders under the age of 16 will only be allowed access to the fixture if accompanied by a paying adult.
50/50 tickets will be on sale pre-match in the 1984 Lounge and from vendors within the Stadium.
The Refreshment Kiosk and the Club Shop both situated within the ground will be open as normal.
The 1984 Lounge will be open to supporters from 12.30p.m. till kick-off and again on the final whistle till approximately 8p.m.
